Summer Skills for Touring, Episode 2: Stroke refinement

One of the best ways to improve you kayaking experience and efficiency, is with stroke refinement.
Join us as we practice techniques and drills to improve forward strokes, sweep strokes, backward strokes, draw strokes, and 360s.
Meet up at Louisville Point Park at 08:30 at the picnic tables at the NE end of the drive. We will discuss our expectations for the day, safety, signaling, and be on the water by 09:30. We will be off the water by 12:30. Bring plenty of water, snacks, and essential gear.
PFD required
All kayaks/canoes with appropriate floatation welcome.
