YOU ARE INVITED: Members of Chota Canoe Club will be hosting a pre-paddle school Happy Hour on Wednesday, June 2, from 5-7pm at Flock Beer and Wine on Sutherland Ave (2924 Sutherland Ave). I have heard the food is great, there is a nice outdoor patio, and room inside in case of bad weather. This is a great opportunity to meet the folks you will be on the river with, and to ask any questions you may have ahead of time. This event is not required as part of Paddle School, but will be a good time anyway!
