Meet in the Hardee's parking lot at the intersection of Hwy 411 and Hwy 360 in Greenback TN at 8:30 am on Oct. 24.
From there we will caravan to the Ballplay ramp. We will paddle to the Notchy Creek ramp and take a snack break. Then we will return to the put in.
The trip length will be 7 to 7.5 miles (according to Microsoft Co-Pilot). Fall colors should be vivid. You should be able to paddle at a sustained rate of 3 mph during this trip. Minimum boat length is 13 feet. Air and water temps may be chilly. Cotton clothing is inappropriate on this trip. Please bring a change of quick drying clothes in the event of an unplanned swim.
