Upper Ocoee - First Timers Trip

Information

Join us for a trip down the Upper Ocoee River where we will be focusing on fine tuning our big water techniques. The Upper Ocoee River is a whitewater destination in eastern Tennessee, known for its challenging rapids and scenic beauty. The Upper Ocoee features a mix of Class II-IV rapids, including Alien Boof, Mikey’s Ledge, Blue Hole, the Olympic Course, and Roach Motel. There are must make boofs and eddys on this section of river. Participants should bring a boat suitable for confidently navigating Class IV whitewater. Please note that a prerequisite trip down the Middle Ocoee is required due to the challenging and potentially dangerous nature of the Upper Ocoee. Contact us with any inquiries.

The point of contact is Carly Thomas.

Meet 10 AM at the middle Ocoee put in and then we will run shuttle.
