Experience Necessary to Determine Suitability: Some experience on the Ocoee. Solid combat roll. This trip we will be exploring the conservative lines based on the Jeff West Ocoee Training and Guidebook.

Required gear: Coast guard approved PFD, whitewater canoe or kayak with floatation, skirt for your kayak, water sports helmet, paddle, appropriate clothing for the water’s temperature, closed toes shoes (no water sandals), water bottle that clips into your boat.

Bring your lunch in a dry bag.

Once you register,  the trip leader will reach out to you to confirm meet up time/place.

1. Ensure your $20 annual membership is current, or formally join Chota Canoe Club by paying your first annual dues. Join or renew Chota Canoe Club membership
2. Then, return to this registration page to complete registration.
